I love it! I saw your earlier post about incorporating exercise as a family, something I try to do everyday too. Frances, George and I go on "bear hunts" a lot (based on that book/poem "Going on a Bear Hunt"), but they are a bit younger than your boys so that may be beyond their interest. I also am adament that they get some physical exercise every day, whether it's at the playground (indoor or out), running around Lowes (for some reason, they both love this and can spend 45 minutes or more dashing up and down the aisles) or playing with friends, family or dogs. It completely wears me out, but I suppose that's a good thing, too!<br /><br />Thanks also for your comments on my blog - I am so honored when I know people are actually reading it.
